Our Assemblage is only crafted during exceptional vintages. The 2021 Assemblage is dense and round, with intense aromas of cassis, black berry, cedar and spice. Medium to full-bodied, a firm tannin structure and a long finish.

Scents of cherries and redcurrants dominate the nose, joined by hints of crushed stone and dried herbs, while the medium-bodied palate is taut and tannic without being burdened by any textural roughness, finishing mouthwatering and long.”
