This Blanc de Blancs — made from 100% Chardonnay — was produced according to the méthode traditionelle. It spent 36 months en tirage (aging in this bottle on its lees). The result is a delightfully refreshing, crisp, dry bubbly. A celebratory wine for a special occasion or an every day sparkling wine that goes well with caviar and all the fruits of the sea, shrimp, crab and lobster, cheeses and hors d’oeuvres, and poultry. 156 cases were bottled.
