This wine was fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve the Riesling varietal character. It offers aromas of lime, green apple, lilies, lilac and other white flowers. Dry with flavors of lime, green apple, white apricot, it finishes with intense acidity. Pair it with white meat dishes and lighter fish.
